1. How much is the rent?租金多少钱？
必问的，还有租房缴费方法，三月？半年？一年？这可是关系你租不租得起的问题哦。
2. Are there any agency admin fees? 有什么中介管理费么？
如果有，是一次性付清还是定期付？
3. How much is the deposit? 押金多少？
房东最好是加入TDP（政府担保的租赁押金计划），才合法正规的。
